Aim:

Operates nationally and internationally in the fields of environment, social welfare, education and culture. The foundation supports programmes in Japan and in developing countries, especially in south east Asia. In general, the foundation not approve grants for capital investment plant or equipment; endowment, museum or library acquisitions; annual budgets of organisations or institutions or of established programmes; propaganda or lobbying activities; religious activities; unsponsored individuals.
