INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT LAW INSTITUTE

Aim:

IDLI provides courses and seminars for legal advisers in developing countries, imparting the specialized legal skills needed for the negotiation of international transactions, in particular the technical legal issues which arias in specialized agreements with the private sector, and the procedures development assistance provided by international agencies. Training scheduled for 1986 comprised a 12-week development Lawyers course and two-week seminars on legal aspects of international Debt Rescheduling and on international syndicated loans. Courses and seminars are normally limited to 25 participants, of who up to five may be from industrial countries or financing agencies.
