This information about this center, I have got in the year 1995.  (Current functional status I am not sure) This Mission work for Welfare. Grant are not made for un registered operating expense or to over operating deficits; not for capital expenditures, except in exceptional circum stances. Funds are not provided directly to the individuals or persons, and also not  for political campaigns.
